It uses a high-precision ultrasonic system to weld the breathing valve, controlled by a horizontal adjustment scale with accuracy reaching one-thousandth of a second. The level of the base is finely adjusted to ensure the production of high-quality masks. This system can be integrated with a Holes Punching Machine for enhanced efficiency. Daily production: 4,800–9,600 pcs/day.
